Account Registration & User Responsibilities
To create an account on top up, you must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. Each user may operate only one account, and creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited. It is entirely your responsibility to keep your account password and login credentials secure. You will be personally liable for any activity carried out through your account. If you suspect that your account is being used without authorization, notify our support team immediately. top up reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account at any time.
Permitted & Prohibited Activities
While using the top up platform, you must comply with all applicable laws and regulations of Bangladesh. Conducting any fraudulent, misleading, or illegal activities on the platform is strictly prohibited. Attempting unauthorized access to another user's account, hacking the system, or spreading malware is strictly forbidden and subject to legal action. Any attempt to gain an unfair advantage on the platform using bots, scripts, or automated software will result in immediate account termination. The platform's content, design, or code may not be sold, transferred, or republished to any third party. top up reserves the right to take appropriate legal action in the event of a violation of these rules.
Financial Transactions & Payment Policy
All financial transactions on the top up platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳), and applicable taxes and charges may apply. Compliance with the designated methods and limits for deposits and withdrawals is mandatory. In the case of suspicious or unusual transactions, top up may initiate a verification process and suspend the transaction if necessary. Any attempt at money laundering or illegal fund transfers will be reported to the relevant authorities. Funds held in a user's account may not be transferred to a third party. Intellectual Property & Content Rights
All content, logos, designs, graphics, text, and software on the top up platform are protected under top up's exclusive intellectual property rights. Users may view platform content for personal, non-commercial purposes, but no content may be copied, republished, or distributed. Using top up's trademarks or brand name without written permission is prohibited. Full responsibility for any content uploaded by a user to the platform lies solely with that user. top up reserves the right to remove any offensive or policy-violating content. Limitation of Liability
The top up platform is provided on an "as is" basis and no guarantee of suitability for any specific purpose is given. top up shall not be liable for any damages arising from technical errors, server downtime, or third-party service failures. Any damage caused by issues with the user's own device or network is entirely the user's responsibility. top up shall not be held liable for service disruptions caused by natural disasters, cyberattacks, or other unforeseen circumstances. However, top up is committed to ensuring the highest quality of service at all times and strives to resolve any issues promptly. The protection and satisfaction of our users is our top priority.
Changes to Terms & Termination
Top up reserves the right to modify, amend, or update these Terms & Conditions at any time, and continued use of the platform after any changes will be deemed acceptance of the new terms. Users will be notified as far in advance as possible of any significant changes. top up reserves the right to close any user's account for any reason or no reason, particularly in cases of terms violations. Upon account closure, any unused balance in the user's account will be settled in accordance with the applicable policy.
